Prepaid orders - Wholesale:

Wholesale transactions on this website are only possible for customers in North America (including Canada). All orders ship within 3 working days after payment processing. Orders are drop shipped from a location in the State of Kentucky, in the USA. The provider we use for Prepaid shipments of wholesale orders is Fedex Ground. A shipment confirmation email will be sent once shipment is booked, with the tracking number & link for the package.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders - Dubai,Sharjah only:

We currently only ship COD orders to customers located in Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. All orders deliver within 2 working days after processing. Once merchandise is ready, the delivery person will telephone the receiver to confirm a delivery appointment. This is usually a 3 hour time slot during which the delivery person will arrive at the receiver's address. Upon verification of ID, he will hand over delivery and collect cash payment (no personal or company cheques are accepted) from the receiver. We request when ordering COD, please have the exact change available to expedite the transaction.

Returns Policy
 

We accept returns for wrong goods supplied, damaged merchandise received (if damaged during use, this does not apply) or any other manufacturing defects found. Please email us with your order details and the details of merchandise you would like to return to webreturns@aaressdist.com

We will, upon confirmation of the return, send you an email with step by step instructions to be followed to arrange the return of the goods and refund of the payment. Payments via credit cards will be sent back to the credit card used for the original transaction after receipt and verification of the return. A cheque can be issued on request. 

For COD orders, a cheque will be mailed to the original delivery address, after receipt and verification of the return.

Prepaid orders - Retail:

 All orders ship within 2 working days after payment processing. The provider we use for Prepaid shipments of retail orders is Skycom. A shipment confirmation email will be sent once shipment is booked, with the tracking number & link for the package.
